Returns

ELIGIBILITY AND PROOFS REQUIRED:

1. PRODUCT DEFECTIVE OR NOT WORKING:

Once you have confirmed that the product you receive is defective or not working, you are required to record a video of the same and share it to

The buyer is required to notify the company regarding the issue within 7 calendar days of receiving the goods.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. GOODS DAMAGED UPON RECEIVING

Though We are shipping through a very reputed courier service, we cannot be certain of the delivery of the products.

Hence if the goods are damaged upon receiving, you are required to inform us immediately upon opening the package and sharing the video of the same.

The customer has time of up to 1 day from delivery of goods.

3. PRODUCT MISMATCH

In case the product you receive is not as per the description of the product you had purchased; the buyer is then required to notify the company through WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

The buyer has up to 2 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

4. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.

5. REPLACEMENTS AND REFUND

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received you’re returned Item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your replacement after inspecting the item.

If your replacement is approved, we will initiate another shipment of the product you have purchased within 2 business days of receiving the defective goods and checking for approval of replacement.

Refund

In Case the product purchased through www.gajahitechagro.com has been approved for replacement and the same product is not available in stock, the company is entitled to refund your amount within 3 business days of receiving the defective goods.

We will contact you for your banking details and the amount will be processed within 24 hours of receiving the details and the amount should be remitted in the buyers account ( as per the data received) within 2 business days.
