Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation with your order details and a tracking reference once dispatched.
Delivery Conditions
- Delivery is made to the address provided at checkout — please ensure accuracy
- A responsible adult must be present to receive and sign for heavy equipment
- Inspect all items at the time of delivery — report damage immediately to the delivery agent and notify us within 48 hours
- Gaja Hi Tech Agro is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, weather, or courier disruptions
