Return Window

Standard Products
7 days from delivery
Machinery & Equipment
48 hours from delivery

Eligible Return Conditions

  • Item received is damaged or defective upon delivery
  • Wrong product delivered (model/specification mismatch)
  • Product is significantly different from the website description
  • Item is unused, in original packaging with all accessories intact

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, assembled, or installed
  • Items damaged due to improper handling or user error
  • Custom orders or specially sourced machinery
  • Products returned without original packaging or documentation
  • Consumables, spare parts, and accessories (once opened)

Refund Process

Once a return is approved and the product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. For bank transfers or cheque payments, processing may take up to 14 business days.


How to Initiate a Return

  • Attach photographs of the product clearly showing the issue
